Elite Healthcare Partners was established on the core belief that every individual deserves to feel safe, respected, supported, and cared for in their own home.

Founded by Cierra Byrd, BSN, RN, Elite Healthcare Partners stems from her extensive experience caring for individuals and families during some of life's most vulnerable moments. Through her nursing career, she realized that compassionate support is needed across all ages. People often require assistance due to disabilities, illness recovery, mobility or independence changes, caregiver fatigue, or the increasing difficulty of managing daily tasks alone.

That experience inspired a new vision for home care, one centered on the person, not just on their age or circumstances.

Elite Healthcare Partners, a woman-led, nurse-founded organization, combines compassion with professionalism. We offer tailored non-medical home care that's customized to each client's specific needs, abilities, routines, preferences, and goals, while also supporting their families.

Whether someone needs personal care assistance, companionship, help around the home, respite for a family caregiver, support during recovery, or help coordinating everyday needs, our goal is to provide care that promotes dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.
